Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Pomie ("we", "us") provides an AI companion for learning. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you create an account, we store the identifier you sign up with (such as an email address or Apple ID token).
- Learning content. Messages, voice input, and practice activity you send to Pomie, so the app can respond and track your progress.
- Usage and device data. Basic diagnostic and analytics data such as app version, device model, OS version, and crash reports.
How we use it
- To operate the app, generate responses, and personalize your learning.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the product.
- To communicate with you about the service when necessary.
Third-party processors
To generate responses, your input may be sent to third-party AI model providers acting as our processors. We also use standard infrastructure, analytics, and crash-reporting providers. These parties process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data retention
We keep your content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your conversation history and associated learning data from our systems.
Children
Pomie is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@pomie.app.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
